Social Media Automation Package — Service Terms Summary
Services. Lion Designers will plan and publish social media content on Client's behalf across Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile, including daily posts, weekly content planning, AI-generated media created from Client's business information, photos, services and offers, and a monthly performance report delivered by email.
Fees & billing. The plan is billed monthly at $149.00 USD, collected automatically via PayPal on a recurring basis.
Term & cancellation. This plan is month-to-month with no minimum term. Client may cancel at any time by written notice to info@liondesigners.com; service continues through the end of the current paid billing cycle and does not renew afterward.
Access & content. Client will provide reasonable access to the relevant Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile accounts, along with business photos, information and brand assets needed to create posts. Client retains ownership of its business content and grants Lion Designers a license to use it solely to produce and publish posts under this plan. AI-generated media is created specifically for Client's business and is intended for use on Client's own social profiles.
Client responsibilities. Client will respond to reasonable requests for information, approvals, or account access needed to keep posting on schedule.
