Your Website Care Plan is active. A receipt is on its way from PayPal, and our team will reach out within one business day to confirm access to your site and schedule your first backup.
Services. Lion Designers will perform ongoing maintenance for one (1) WordPress website, including automated backups, security monitoring and malware scanning, WordPress core/theme/plugin updates, and a monthly maintenance report delivered by email summarizing work performed and site health.
Fees & billing. The plan is billed monthly at $199.00 USD, or $129.00 USD per month if a valid promotional coupon is applied at signup. The rate in effect at signup is locked for the full term. Payment is collected automatically via PayPal on a recurring basis.
Term. This agreement has an initial term of twenty-four (24) consecutive months from the activation date, and continues on a month-to-month basis afterward unless cancelled.
Early cancellation. Client may cancel at any time by written notice. If service ends before the 24-month initial term is complete, for any reason other than Lion Designers' uncured breach, Client agrees to pay an early cancellation fee of $1,000.00 USD.
Client responsibilities. Client will provide necessary website/hosting access and respond to reasonable requests needed to perform services.
